Drodzy Obywatele Aleksandrowa!

Ciemne czasy nadeszły dla naszej Ojczyzny! Jak pewnie wiecie, jakiś czas temu na krainę naszą napadły Obce Szpiony nieznanego nam pochodzenia. Przyszli tu z Pollinu i twierdząc, że nas wyzwalają próbowali nas stąd wygnać! Na szczęście nie daliśmy się i odparliśmy ich atak. Każdy z nas poniósł w czasie tego ataku jakieś straty, nawet ja i Aleksandrów. Z ciężkim sercem oficjalnie potwierdzam iż 19 Oskaltequ 1710 roku w czasie walk zginął mój Ojciec, a nasz Książę, Rayquaza. Odszedł walcząc o naszą wolność, o nasze prawo wyboru z kim wiążemy swą przyszłość, o naszą insulijskość! W związku z tym niniejszym zarządzam żałobę narodową, która obowiązywać będzie do końca tego roku. Pogrzeb Rauquazy odbędzie się zaś 18 Rugaall 1710 roku w Aleksandrowie. 

Zapewne wśród wielu waszych myśli jest teraz i taka - kto będzie nami rządził? Książę Rayquaza pozostawił po sobie testament, w którym powierzył mi tron. Wniósł też, ażebym przyjęła tytuł nie Księżnej, lecz Królowej, podnosząc rangę naszego państwa. Zamierzam spełnić jego wolę. Z dniem dzisiejszym, to jest 11 Rugaall 1710 roku obejmuję tron królewski Aleksandrowa, równocześnie prosząc naszego protektora, Cesarza Insulii Kamiljana I o uznanie tego faktu. Wierzę, że walka naszego narodu z Obcymi Szpionami udowodniła, że zasługujemy na to wyróżnienie. Przy tobie Najjaśniejszy Panie stoimy i stać chcemy! 

Szanowni Współobywatele, w najbliższym czasie czeka nas wiele pracy. Musimy wspólnie odbudować to, co zniszczyły Obce Szpiony w czasie swego najazdu. Wierzę jednak, że damy radę, a Aleksandrów wyjdzie z tego ciężkiego czasu silniejszy niż kiedykolwiek.

Dear Alexandrov citizens!

Dark times have come for our homeland! As you probably know, some time ago our land was attacked by Stranger Spies of unknown origin. They came here from Pollin and, claiming that they were freeing us, they tried to drive us out of here! Fortunately, we refused to give up and repelled their attack. Each of us suffered some losses during this attack, even me and Alexandrov. With a heavy heart, I officially confirm that on 19 Oskaltequ 1710, my Father and our Prince, Rayquaza, died during the fighting. He passed away fighting for our freedom, for our right to choose with whom we tie our future, for our insulinness! Therefore, I hereby ordain a national mourning which will last until the end of this year. Rauquaza's funeral will take place on the 18th Rugaall 1710 in Alexandrov.

Probably among many of your thoughts there is now and this - who will rule us? Prince Rayquaza has left behind a will in which he entrusted the throne to me. He also requested that I take the title not of Duchess, but of Queen, raising the rank of our country. I'm going to do his will. As of today, that is, on the 11th Rugaall of 1710, I am assuming the royal throne of Alexandrov, and at the same time asking our protector, Emperor Insulia Kamiljan I, to acknowledge this fact.
